Mudit Mehta

I've worked in real estate since 2016. My background was in IT management, which taught me to check things before asserting them — a habit that turns out to matter more in this business than it should.

Before founding Elixir I was a top producer at my previous brokerage. I started volunteering at the Brampton Real Estate Board in 2018 and served as a Director for the 2021–2022 term. I still run training sessions there and at other brokerages.

Every guide on this site is written by me — not outsourced, not ghostwritten. If you've read something here and want to argue with it, I'd genuinely enjoy that conversation.

Why the brokerage exists

Elixir was started to build a brokerage known for genuinely premium service to buyers, sellers and investors — defined by agents who are honest, skilled, and act as partners in the decision rather than salespeople at the end of it.

That means training people properly and holding a standard, which is slower than recruiting on volume. It's the reason we're 30 agents rather than a hundred.
