The people you'll actually deal with

Every agent here is held to the same standard, whether they closed their first deal last month or their four hundredth last year.

• Know the numbers before offering an opinion.
• Say so plainly when the answer is wait, or not this one.
• Put your outcome ahead of the transaction, including when that costs us the deal.

That last one is the test. Anyone can promise no pressure; it only means something if we are willing to talk you out of a purchase.
